Pembe Ev or the Pink House is a small but ideally located villa offering guests a private pool, well equipped accommodation and a lovely sea view. Shops and restaurants are an easy 5 minute walk away, ensuring that you will enjoy a peaceful vacation whilst being within a stones throw of the town. The south facing pool terrace gets the sun all day, and the west facing terrace offers morning shade and evening sun. Pembe Ev has a private roof terrace with stunning views overlooking the bay - an romantic place to relax with an evening drink.
The villa is particularly suitable for couples looking for a romantic holiday escape, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, and day beds on both the roof and pool terrace. For small families the second bedroom has a single pull out bed to accommodate 1 or 2 children.
Pembe Ev is used mainly as the owner's second home and is therefore well equipped throughout. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you feel to self cater, comfortable furniture and satellite television/CD player/CD-cassette stereo. Our guests come back every year feeling that Pembe Ev offers them a real "Home from Home".

Non smoking inside please. A resident cat called Marmalade (neutered and inoculated) who is very friendly but may be a problem for guests with cat allergies. |

- A £200 deposit with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to departure
- A £250 security deposit against breakages and damage paid with the balance and refunded within 7 days of departure.

- Arrival and departure times to the villa are flexible and we will where possible endeavour to ensure the property is ready for you.
